There will be an end to the 100% refund policy if there is a replacement. This is done in order to give the new participant ample time to make his / her preparations for participation and to persuade people, who are now on the list of participants and have doubts as to whether they are able to ride the trip, to convince not to postpone their decision to withdraw until the last moment.
New regulations:
– 100% refund until June 26, 2018
– 50% refund from June 26, 2018 until July 26, 2018
– no refund from July 26, 2018
A replacement stays always necessary.

Er komt een eind aan het 100% teruggave beleid als er een vervanger is. Dit gebeurt om de instromer ruim de tijd te geven zijn/haar voorbereidingen te treffen voor deelname en om mensen, die nu op de deelnemerslijst staan en twijfelen of ze de tocht wel aan kunnen/gaan rijden, te overtuigen hun beslissing om zich terug te trekken niet tot het laatste moment uit te stellen.
Nieuwe regeling:
– tot 26 juni 2018 100% teruggave
– vanaf 26 juni 2018 tot 26 juli 2018 50% teruggave
– vanaf 26 juli 2018 geen teruggave
Een vervanger blijft altijd noodzakelijk.
